2011’s dues are payable starting July 1, 2010.  Please print the form below.  Mail the form to the above-posted address, bring it to a club meeting or take advantage of Wednesday night’s office hours.  Take note!  If your dues are not paid by December 31, 2010 you are no longer a member and may be placed on a waiting list.  The form can also be used to report a change of address.  Please address all membership correspondence to the attention of Dave Maier.  Email: Dave Maier
