Attention: Big Bore Handgun Silhouette Match Proposal
The Atgle Sportsmens' Club would like to make a proposal to host Big Bore Handgun Silhouette matches in the spring of 2017. The matches will be held on the short range silhouette portion of the upper rifle range on the first Saturday of the month starting in March and continuing until September. Please be advised that the upper range will “NOT” be closed to the membership during these events and shooters will have access to all backboards and the long range silhouette range during these shoots. The match will consist of 40 rounds, ten at each of four full size animal silhouettes (chickens at 40 meters, pigs at 60 meters, turkeys at 77 meters and rams at 100 meters). Any large bore revolver or pistol in a straight wall pistol caliber cartridge is permitted. The gates will open at 8:00 and the match will start at 9:00. Should you have any questions or concerns, for or against this proposal, we would ask that you attend the November monthly club meeting which will be held on Tuesday, November 08, 2016 at 7:00PM. If you cannot attend the meeting please contact Mark Shade at 610-496-9001.
